S-SA have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Customer Success Manager for a rapidly growing, successful technology company who are scaling and improving their customer retention strategy. Their SaaS product is highly relevant in current times and has led to them receiving VC-investment and several recent contract wins.
This is an exciting role for an experienced Customer Success Manager / Sales Account Manager to work in their Manchester office alongside a tech team of 4 as they look to grow the North West presence in 2020, working in conjunction with the established team in the South West.

As our ideal Customer Success specialist, you will be a highly driven, Account Manager with an outstanding track record of managing a varied retention book of happy customers and proven solution-selling skills within a B2B Software / SaaS company. You will love maximising customer retention by advising customers to ensure they realise the full value of their product investment, whilst also driving increased revenue within the existing customer base by identifying cross and upsell opportunities.
Experience within a technology environment (SaaS, PaaS or cloud-based software product) is important so you can pick the product up quickly and engage in meaningful discussions with all members of the product division. Also, experience with Customer success tools such as Gainsight would be highly beneficial.
