We have a brand new, exciting opportunity for a Client Services Manager to join a fast-growing Digital Marketing agency in Northampton.
This is a role offering a clear career path to Client Services Director level, with this being a brand new department within the agency. As they grow, the aim is to build a team under you, allowing you to focus on the larger accounts from a more strategic standpoint, setting strategy and KPI’s for continuous improvement.
We are therefore looking for a highly driven, ambitious, and delivery-focussed Client Services Specialist with a background looking after relationships and deliverables for key clients within an agency environment, who is now looking for a leadership role.
As the primary point of contact for a range of National accounts, you will ensure the success and retention of their recurring business as well as driving growth of each account where possible.
As our ideal Client Services Manager, you will be currently working in a similar role focussing on Digital Marketing solutions (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content Marketing, Google Analytics) - whether it be client services, account management or customer success – taking ownership for a retention book of varied customers.
You will be a fiercely ambitious and innovative individual, who is constantly evaluating the way you do things and having the confidence to push for change if necessary, to ensure clients are being delivered to effectively.
