We are looking for a self-motivated and target-driven Junior Account Executive to join an established tech business in Milton Keynes.
This role is primarily responsible for developing new and existing business within an assigned channel, selling my clients portfolio of network software products and services and managing key commercial relationships working alongside the Senior Account Manager.
You will ideally come from a B2B sales environment, where you have sold products and built relationships over the telephone, maybe as an Inside Sales Rep or Account Executive. A specific industry is not vital. However, experience within a Technology Sales role would be a plus but is no way essential (full training on the portfolio will be given). For my client, drive, hunger and a natural ability to build relationships is the most important.
Once you are in the role, you will join a team of Account Managers and take over an existing territory, meaning you will inherit a pipeline and warn leads immediately and hit the ground running with your commission.
You will be highly motivated and have no fear about picking up the phone in the office, driven to build on existing relationships within your channel as well as rekindle old contacts that may have been dealt with in the past.
It is also important that you have a passion for technology and a genuine appreciation for new and exciting products, using that excitement to sell the benefits to your accounts and drive sales to achieve your targets.
