We have an exciting opportunity available for an ambitious and driven Customer Success Executive to join a fast-growing technology (SaaS) start-up in Central London – currently at 25 staff but growing rapidly both in the UK and US.
This is an awesome role for a for a high-achieving graduate / post-grad who has gained 1+ year in a Sales or Account Management environment and is now looking to pursue a career within Customer Success Management – a lucrative and rewarding career focussed on retention of clients and maximising customer experience.
Although in “start-up” phase, our client is already market-leading their niche with their intelligent analytics platform, used by some of the biggest brands in the UK and USA.
Their cutting-edge product is used by large organisations to analyse their sales and competitor data to make quicker and more efficient pricing decisions – using real-time data to maximise margins and profitability at-a-glance.
During lockdown their sales have rocketed as their customers have been hyper-aware of maximising revenue, so it has been a great time for them and a great time for you to join and fast-track your career and earnings within SaaS.
As our successful Customer Success Executive, you will work closely with the Customer Success team and support the Customer Success Director with both existing and new accounts, managing and building strategic relationships and maximising revenue and retention of the customers’ business, essentially becoming the internal ‘Customer Champion’.
You will also use your natural head for sales to spot opportunities to upsell and cross sell products when possible – maximising sales and your commission.
