As our successful Customer Success Manager, you will join a leading SaaS company based in their Nottingham office and support the onboarding project team with the day to day account management of SME clients.
The client’s cutting-edge software is scalable and can be adapted to work with both medium and enterprise companies to help with decisions based on real-time data analytics and information.
As our successful CSM, you will initially receive full training on both the industry and the products in order to manage a portfolio of clients – becoming an internal customer champion and product expert, ensuring a seamless and valuable customer journey, onboarding and training for their clients. You will ultimately be maximising retention of their custom and minimising churn.
