This is an exciting role for a Microsoft Office Specialist to join a leading distribution business in St. Albans where you will lead the training of internal users across the Office 365/O365 platform.

This role would suit an advanced user of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Forms, Teams & SharePoint) who enjoys training and mentoring people – naturally, you’ll have strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with the confidence to interact with people at all levels.

Ideally, you will have worked in a similar capacity before, however, a passion for O365 and a drive for continual improvement would make you a strong candidate for this position. An industry certification (Microsoft Office Specialist/MOS) would be highly beneficial.

You will also have a passion for IT in general and although this isn’t a technical role, you’ll be working closely with the IT Support team and making recommendations to support the continued development of their 365 platform.

You’ll be a natural at building relationships with users, gathering requirements to initially discover the company needs and how 365 Teams can support them to design, build, and innovate.
