We met and put a plan together to attract 10 developers to boost the team. This came down to an aggressive joint branded marketing campaign. We also decided that S-SA Digital would have a dedicated Consultant to work under the agencies banner but with the resources of S-SA using our Outsourced and In-House model. We planned our interview structure to ensure the process was fluent to keep our candidates engaged. This was achieved by the whole process taking no longer than 5 working days from the first interview to offer, with flexible out of hours interviews on offer. The aim of this was to make candidates feel valued and building confidence in the brand we were selling.
S-SA were instrumental in building one of the Midlands biggest best development teams which included various roles such as Front End and Back End Developers, Account Managers, Project Managers and Designers. We are pleased to say this recently got brought out by a software group to add to their portfolio, who we now recruit for across the globe. It was fantastic to see this agency grow and develop to a highly successful business and most importantly we made some great friends (priceless).
